Testimonial: "I attended a Pangu
Shengong class today taught by Keith (a PGSG instructor) and was overcome with joy and
appreciation for Pangu Shengong. It has done so much for me. I am
more in touch with myself, I am able to relate better with my
husband, and I am able to remain calmer around my children. It was
exactly 1 year ago that I learned the moving form and truly feel
that I am a happier and healthier person for it. I want to express
my gratitude to Master Ou for what he has done for me and many." by
Katie Roberts in June of 2010. Click

Except from Pangu Culture forum: "I am always deeply touched
by how much PGSG practice stems also from the Sages of the past,
echoing their deep thoughts and philosophy. Here is a passage from
Book 8 of the Analects of Confucius:
仁以為己任,不亦重乎,死而後已,不亦遠乎.
'Benevolence is the burden which he considers it is his to sustain -
is it not heavy? Only with death does his course stop - is it not
long?'
The constant expression of Benevolence (ren) is tempering. The
burden is for all who practice benevolence. And it bust be
sustained for the course of an entire life to be real benevolence."

"I'm so happy to be able to teach this as
it gives people a way to help themselves that i can easily explain. I'm
so happy it exists, thank you to Master Ou. Personally, I've noticed
the non-moving form effects in giving me a leg up in changing my
consciousness. I notice my ability to more quickly choose different
thoughts to create more peace & harmony within myself. I believe in
constantly looking within to modify my own actions and reactions to the
world around me constantly striving to be a better person and that the
forms assist us in this endeavor. Whether one is looking only for the
physical gains from doing the form or not it is helping us to create a
kinder heart and soul. This brings me joy to know that the form works
not only on the physical body, but will help cultivate more peace within
each person's heart ultimately translating to a harmonious society.
Until recently I worked as a doctor w/
chronically ill patients in a clinic for over five years and wanted a
tangible way i could teach patients to work on themselves. This gave me
a formal method to teach my patients which will help people improve
their own health and allow them to play an active role in contributing
to their own well being. This is something i can teach them that is
easy, makes sense to them, and works."
