"A harmonious heart refers to that quality by which an individual tries his best to keep a calm and positive mindset and to match that mindset with the laws that govern the physiological operations inside the human body, and to match the principle of being kind and friendly to others with the practice of maintaining an environment that is good for all people to live in and thrive.  Thus the wastage of physiological functions will be reduced, and the regular operation of internal functions will be guaranteed.

Kind qi refers to the positive qi of heaven and earth and the essence of the sun and moon (in terms of modern language, life energy that is both beneficial and harmless), which, through special exercises, a person can absorb efficiently.

By integrating a harmonious heart and kind qi, the result of good health, happiness, and long life will be attained." Click here to read more...

Testimonial from a student who never meet Master Ou in person

"I am always deeply touched by how much PGSG practice stems also from the Sages of the past, echoing their deep thoughts and philosophy.  Here is a passage from Book 8 of the Analects of Confucius:

仁以為己任,不亦重乎,死而後已,不亦遠乎.

'Benevolence is the burden which he considers it is his to sustain - is it not heavy? Only with death does his course stop - is it not long?'

The constant expression of Benevolence (ren) is tempering.  The burden is for all who practice benevolence.  And it bust be sustained for the course of an entire life to be real benevolence." -- by Dr. Henry McCann, please read more discussion at http://www.pangu.org/smf/index.php?topic=112.msg428#msg428

"I attended a Pangu Shengong class today taught by Keith and was overcome with joy and appreciation for Pangu Shengong. It has done so much for me. I am more in touch with myself, I am able to relate better with my husband, and I am able to remain calmer around my children. It was exactly 1 year ago that I learned the moving form and truly feel that I am a happier and healthier person for it. I want to express my gratitude to Master Ou for what he has done for me and many.

I almost feel as if I know you and your father somehow even though we have never met. I am sure that if we do I will want to give you and Master Ou a huge hug! I have come to love this qigong form so much that I want to practice it for life. I want to pursue it as far as I can."

Healing Music of the month -- the Song of Pangu

What is Long Distance Healing? How to schedule a Long Distance Healing session with Master Ou

The Song of Pangu Shengong is also titled as the Pangu Song (or the Song of Pangu). It is used as the background music for the Pangu Shengong moving form practicing CD. It will bring you very powerful and fundamental qi/energy for supplementing your life force and strengthening your well-being if you listen to it or sing it with calmness.

This is the first song composed by Master Ou.

Master Ou started to write this song in 1998, and it took him two years to finish it. In order to compose proper melody for the lyric “to move with emotion”, Master Ou spent a lot of time on exploring feelings and expressions that could possibly express precisely the true emotions elicited from hearts. Long-distance Qi-healing refers to the treatment by a Qigong Master which generates healing to a patient who is not in the same location. As you may know, the Qi in Qigong is Energy and Matter. It demonstrates its material characteristics in three ways (see details in Pan Gu Mystical Qigong). Qi launches outward as a ‘field’. Like an electric, or magnetic field, a Qi field is projected outward, forming ever-growing circles of energy. It is no problem for a Qigong Master with strong ability to direct the Qi hundreds or thousands of miles away. At present, many patients who cannot visit Master Ou are receiving his long distance Qi-healing regularly.

Please call us at 415-713-3096 or email us at info@pangu.org to schedule treatments with Master Ou. Please tell us your name, health concerns, and intended date & time for the sessions.

The Song of Pangu Shengong

The Song of Pangu Shengong is also titled as the Pangu Song (or the Song of Pangu). It is used as the  background music for the Pangu Shengong moving form practicing CD. It will bring you very powerful and fundamental qi/energy for supplementing your life force and strengthening your well-being.

One day, he encountered an annual gay parade in San Francisco. With various kinds of colorful dresses, gays and lesbians enjoyed the celebration in high spirit on the street. They appealed to the mankind from the bottom of their hearts for understanding and acceptance with no discriminations—because we were part of the human beings.

What they did in the celebration revealed their true feelings and cried out their appeal sincerely! Yes, this was “to move with emotion”. Thus, the inspiration came, and the melody of “to move with emotion, and to accomplish result” was sung out spontaneously by Master Ou.

As soon as he finished composing the song, Master Ou called his wife in China and sang it to her through telephone line, sharing his joy of the successful fruit of hard working.

Because of all the limited conditions, this song “slept” for six years until 2004 when a few of PGSG students tried to write down the music notes accordingly. The notes were revised several times according to Master Ou’s singing, and were confirmed by him in 2005.

The lyric of the song is:

Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah,

Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah.

As generous as the sun,

As gentle as the moon,

So will I become an outstanding student of Pan Gu:

With my mind as broad as the blue sky,

With kindness and benevolence, frankness and friendliness,

As I speak with reason, treat with courtesy,

Act with emotion, accomplish result.

For you, for me,

For the health and happiness of humanity:

Please let me

Open my arms, embrace the universe,

Rotate the sun, rotate the moon,

Absorb unlimited power from the boundless sky.

Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah,

Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah.

As generous as the sun,

As gentle as the moon,

So will I become an outstanding offspring of Pan Gu:

Spreading love throughout the human world,

With kindness and benevolence, frankness and friendliness,

As I speak with reason, treat with courtesy,

Act with emotion, accomplish result.

For you, for me,

For the eternal beauty of humanity:

Please let me

Open my arms, embrace the universe,

Rotate the sun, rotate the moon,

And welcome the future world—infinite, ultimate glory,

Infinite, ultimate glory.
