Testimonial from Rachael Liang, a long time Pangu Shengong practitioner. Rachael Liang has been practicing Pangu Shengong for more than 10 years. She would like to share with you some small yet profound stories about her daily PGSG practice.

Here are some PGSG phenomena I'd like to share:

The first one was when I was 4.5 months pregnant with my second son, I suddenly started bleeding. My back was hurting as well. I called Health Link Canada and the nurse on the phone went through all the symptoms I had and suggested that I should see a doctor if more bleeding occurs because that might be a sign of miscarriage. I was very scared for my baby. After hanging up the phone I asked my husband to have dinner with our 2 year old first and that I'd need an hour to practice Pangu Shengong. As soon as I recited the password, I felt relaxed and peaceful and I knew from that instant that the baby in my belly would be alright! After practicing 4 times that evening, I wasn't worry about the bleed anymore because my back didn't hurt as much. From that day on, I was practicing at least 3 times a day and sometimes even up to 7 times. Our second son - Tyler was born very healthy and alert!

The second incident occurred in the beginning of May 2011.

Our oldest son, Marcus, was close to 4 years old and our baby Tyler was 11 months old. We were visiting the grandparents and Marcus wanted me to take him out to the back yard to see some ladybugs. My in-laws' deck is about 4.5 feet above the ground and we had to walk a stair down to the vegetable garden. However, there is no hand rails on the stairs. Marcus has always been cautions going down those stairs so he was actually going down the steps on his bum. I was behind him and was taking a step at a time. He suddenly stopped moving and decided to sit there. I was getting impatient and urge him to go on, and in the end I decided to go around him. However, when I was about two steps away from the ground, something happened - I missed the last two steps, lost my footing, twisted my angle and my whole body's weight was on my left angle. The next thing I knew, I was sitting on the ground holding my left foot. It hurt so much that I couldn't move my foot. My first thought was: gosh, this is bad! If I cannot walk, how am I going to take care of my kids during the day when my husband is at work? Then, almost instantly another thought came: don't worry, you have Pangu Shengong! I didn't want to go back into the house to draw any attention as I knew my in-laws would be worried. I quickly called Marcus over and calmly explained to him that I needed to stay where I was to get some energy from Pangu because I could not walk, my foot was hurting too much. I asked him to go check out the ladybugs himself first.

Then, I started reciting the PGSG passwords--"take kindness and benevolence as basis; take frankness and friendliness to heart", and giving myself energy healing. Marcus came back a few minutes later and asked if I was okay. I told him I was okay and started moving my foot a little. The sharp pain I had before was now gone! I gingerly stood up and took a small step, and then another, I wasn't even limping! I was so surprised at the result. I probably recited the passwords for about 3 minutes, 5 minutes tops, and now my twisted angle is 80% healed! By the time we went back into the house, there was still a bit residual pain, but I was walking as normal as before. I have always believed that PGSG can work miracles, but I had never experienced it in just 3 minutes and I didn't even practice!!

From this experience, I have learnt to trust Pangu Shengong in any situation, especially, when there is an emergency. This experience also prompted me to learn from my little one to be more patient.

A few months ago, for some reason Marcus had a hard time falling as sleep. Sometimes, on a bad night, it had taken almost two hours for him to fall asleep. He also would not sleep alone so bedtime was a big challenge. One night, I was practicing while waiting for him to fall asleep, and he said he wants to practice too. Therefore, we recited the PGSG password together and shortly after he fell asleep. The next night, I suggested that he recited the password again, and again, he fell asleep fairly quick. The following week, he suddenly told me that he wanted to listen to Master Ou sing. I turned on the healing songs for him, but he told me not those songs. I was puzzled so we went through several more songs and they were not the ones he was wanting to listen to. Somehow, I stumble over the PGSG practice music and he said that was it. For the next several weeks that was all he listened to before he sleeps. Sometimes, he fell asleep right after listening to Master Ou reciting the passwords from the practice music. It's also interesting to point out that he has always insisted on listening to the Chinese version instead of the English version since he was not very willing to speak Chinese.

Then came two months ago, my husband, baby Tyler, and I all had the stomach flu. There were also several kids from his daycare who also had vomiting and diarrhea. I was sure Marcus would get it too since he was looking very tired and were surrounded by people who were sick. During that time, he insisted on listening to the practice CD at bedtime. Up until now, he is still healthy and happy.

For that, I give me most sincere gratitude to Pangu and Master Ou. For the practice CD also carries the healing energy.

I share my PGSG experiences in the hope that they would instill a greater confidence in new PGSG students and anyone who is interested in PGSG.

Many thanks to Pangu and Master Ou!
